I was very impressed with the whole experience; I was seen on time, I had plenty of opportunity to explain and discuss my problem, the examination was quick and efficient and afterwards I again had plenty of time to ask questions and make a decision about the next step. The options were explained clearly and I felt I understood them completely. The caring and friendly nature of Mr Siozos and the nurse present could not have been better. Previous visits to the same department have also been excellent.

As a patient, I was happy with the care given by the Doctor. He was thorough and I left my appointment knowing I was being followed up appropriately. However there was a "trainee someone" (I didn't hear who she was) in the room and I would have liked the option for her not to be present. Being inspected "down below" with my Doctor present was fine... but with the "trainee someone" also having a good view and an HCA, I felt somewhat 'exposed'. I am also a member of staff so I do realise the need for a chaperone during examinations but did say to the lovely HCA (just prior to the examination) I would have been happy with just the Doctor. I even said "I didnt realise there would be an audience!".

Mr Siozos is a very patient and professional doctor. I also have the utmost confidence in his skills as a surgeon having recently undergone surgery on 15 July this year. I particularly admire his caring attitude, which given the undignified nature of women's problems has gone a long way in helping me to feel more at ease. He is also very much a gentleman and all in all I could not have had a better doctor.

The Doctor was very attentive and really listened to what I had to say about what was troubling me. He really put my mind at rest. I would not hesitate to ask for him by name if I every have to go back.

Doctor put me at ease with his polite and professional manner. Explanations clear and concise. Helpful respectful and pleasant throughout. An examination followed which was comfortable and just the right amount of advice and information given. Nurse was kind and pleasant and I left feeling I had been well looked after. A Doctor I could understand and reassured me for the future. with thanks
